What makes a successful Sourcer at Rasa? Your ultimate goals are to 1. boost our pipelines with qualified, diverse profiles, and 2. qualify great candidates in 1st round phone screens so we are passing candidates to Hiring Managers faster, ultimately decreasing our time to hire. Clear and over-communication is key in our remote-first environment, with folks from many different backgrounds.
- Long-term goal: Help build a passive network of candidates (just as you would in an agency setting). We have a lot of repeat roles at Rasa, especially in Engineering and Sales. Building networks of professionals vs being reactive to hiring needs will create the best success for the most efficient time-to-fill on our roles.
- We often have candidates whom we reach out to at the wrong time for them to end up coming back later interested, or past Rasa employees return to work with us. Rather than being reactive, our goal is to continue fostering these relationships and continuously build our networks.

Team size and structure: This is the second hire on the Talent team. Right now there is one Senior TA Partner who is full-cycle for all of our roles. Both of you report to the Director of People Operations and Talent.
- Org structure: Tech Sourcer (this hire) → Director, People and Talent → CEO
- We do not have Coordinators or use agencies. You will schedule your own interviews.

Where will I be hiring? You will focus on roles within the USA, UK, Germany, and Serbia.
- Rasa has 5 entities: the USA, UK, Germany, France and Serbia.
- Some Rasa’s sit outside of our entities and are technically full-time contractors, employed by Deel. They act as FTEs day-to-day. These have been situational hires.
- We try to avoid hiring outside of our entities through Deel.

Cross-functional communication: You’ll get to work with everybody, but primarily be partnering with our Senior TA Partner and Director, People & Talent.

Compensation at Rasa: Our structure is base+equity. No bonuses (outside of Sales roles).
- Compensation at Rasa is adjusted based on cost of living, local currency, and local market standards. We use live data and multiple compensation tools to determine our ranges and stay competitive.
- For this contract opportunity, our rate is: €30-35/hour, 40 hours/week, 3 months (potential extension or conversion)
