I have created a template to help people to do Instant accounting in Notion had tried so many apps for accounting and budgeting online like QuickBooks, Tally, wave But no one could match the customizability of notion know how an accounting software works so thus using a working of that I created system to auto summarize, Auto post & Auto report to Balance sheet and Profit and loss account, The process of running an account system efficiently

1. Put all the opening balance in Ledger database #opening and if it is a Debit balance put it as a positive figure and if credit balance then as negative figure
2. to add other groups add the same in group database set weather its a B/s(balance sheet item) or P/L(profit and loss item)
3. to add ledgers add the same in ledger database and relate to the group already created
4. for transaction add new row and then debit and credit the ledger and put the amount in debit 1 it'll automatically added to credit 1
5. for summarization of each ledger open the ledger newly created and click on new after all properties to get all the details of the transactions made by that ledger
6. in group you'll get a list of ledgers under the group
7. Balance sheet and profit & loss account would be created automatically & show the balance8.you can also make a service bill if you click service in the template of transaction
8. I have added a new button to add transaction quickly by making a chrome shortcut
9. we can maintain basic accounts online and its very customizable
