PWN is looking for a product enthusiast to take our upcoming features all the way from discovery, design & development to deployment!

You will play a critical role in the team on a position that is exactly the opposite of a typical 9-5 job. Your input will directly translate to the user experience of our product as well as the overall success of PWN as a company.

🙋You will be:

• Conducting user research
• Scoping out tasks with development team
• Gathering requirements from product stakeholders
• Managing the release of the awesome features that we build together
• Driving the design process in collaboration with designers and developers

🧭 Requirements:

• Experience with UI design & prototyping tools (Figma etc.)
• Experience with data analytics tools
• Understanding of the difference between UI and UX design
• Overview over the DeFi / crypto industries & user-level experience with some of the main DeFi apps
• Obsession with getting to know our users and finding ways how to bring them value
• Based in UTC +/- 3 timezone (Europe)
• Willingness to travel
• Collaborative mindset, but you're not afraid to speak up
• Fluent in English
