We were approached by Elly's co-founders in March 2020 with a fairly straightforward request: "turn our prototype into a v1 as quickly as possible". Luckily, that's exactly what we excel at.

Elly is a daily companion that can help users cope with chronic conditions. Users listen to a short audio clip - a "Daily Elly" - every day, which encourages them through their wellness journey.
When Elly came to us, they had already created a simple prototype of their app which had validated their premise in a worlds-first medical study. It actually improved the outcomes of cancer patients.
Our role was to take their proof-of-concept, and transform it into a highly dynamic, real-world product.
Our first set goal was straightforward: get the app into the App Store as soon as possible. This meant building integrations with a complex API and a playback experience on par with leading apps like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
