What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in video editing (bonus if you’ve edited ads before)
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what keeps viewers hooked
• Confident communicator who’s fluent in English
• Organized, feedback-driven, and proactive about solving problems
• Up to date on what’s trending across TikTok and Instagram and know how to recreate what works
• Self-starter who can own their part of the process and consistently deliver top-quality edits with minimal direction
