This one is super easy to make and super delicious served together! 😄
Ingredients
- Pasta (Your choice!)
- 200g vegan meat replacement (I used Soya Chaap)
- 200g Mushrooms sliced
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 7-8 cloves of garlic sliced/chopped
- Diced Bell Pepper (I used 1/2 of both red & yellow)
- Diced zucchini (I used 1/2 yellow & 1/2 green!)
- Olives (Up to your liking. Can't ever go wrong with them!)
- Olive oil
- 2tbsp flour
- Salt & pepper
- Loaf of toasted bread/garlic bread to accompany
Instructions
Pasta
- Boil the pasta in salted water until soft. Drain the water completely.
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a deep cooking pot and add in the pasta.
- Add some seasoning (oregano or dried basil) and salt. Let it cook & rest!
