What I Learned (as a Builder)?

• You can test PMF without building a product
• If you're emotionally invested, boundaries aren't optional because it will drain you
• I made sales based on empathy
• GTM can be entirely community and content-led, especially in sensitive niches

What now?

I never meant to be the product. I want to build brands.

It taught me how to build with empathy and validate an idea without code (although I coded for my job before 😄). It also taught me that caring is really powerful BUT caring too much (without containers) → not good for business.

I still want to build in this space someday. I’ll do it with infrastructure, team and scale.
