Privacy Policy. This privacy policy applies to the ReplyRizzAI mobile application created by Juan David Granados as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
ReplyRizzAI helps users generate dating chat replies from screenshots, pasted conversations, and selected reply styles. When you choose to upload a screenshot or enter conversation text, that content is sent to the Service Provider's backend and may be processed by third-party AI services to generate suggested replies.
The Application requests photo library access so you can select screenshots to analyze. This permission is used only for the features you choose to use. The Service Provider does not sell your screenshots, pasted conversations, or generated replies.
The Application may store recent generated replies or temporary app state locally on your device to support app functionality. Locally stored content remains on your device unless you delete the app or clear the relevant app data.
The Application offers a Premium version through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment processing is handled by Apple. The Service Provider uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and receipt validation. The Service Provider does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to link purchases to your device and allow purchases to be restored. RevenueCat's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
The Application does not collect precise device location.
You should not upload or paste sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, government IDs, health information, or any content you do not want processed by an AI service.
The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hi@juand4bot.com.
