A week before the cycle, give compliments and and treat her with respect. This is the time she may retreat or shutdown easily. Wait for a week to reschedule the meeting.

Suggestion for women

Know your cycle and set boundary if need. It is ok to take a break or reschedule hard conversation for the late dates. it is okay to not want to do zoom calls back to back.
