    2. It’s important that we make a decision on __________ before continuing the meeting.
  2. To execute
    1. There have been a lot of great ideas today, but can we get a clear set of actions to take next before discussing other items.
    2. Let’s end this discussion with a clear milestone to hit before moving on.
  3. To learn
    1. I think a lot of this information is useful, but much of it is in the email. Are there any new pieces of information or things we haven’t discussed before that we could focus on?
    2. I’m happy to look through these (charts) after the meeting. However, I think there is some information that we are missing and I’d like to discuss it while everyone is together.
  4. To create
    1. While I love a good brainstorming session, do we have a more concrete framework we can use to guide this discussion?
    2. I would suggest that we tackle these new ideas with a bit more structure, so we can refer back to our meeting notes in the future.
