****❌ “You’re overacting right now.” “You’re crazy”

✅  I can tell this is important to both of us, and we just see it differently.

❌ “You just don’t know the facts”

✅ We’re talking in circles and clearly don’t agree. Can you talk me through where you’re coming from.

❌ “ If I were you I would do x.”

✅ I can see why you would think or feel that way.

“You did this because of x”

✅ Help me understand your thought process on this more clearly.
