  1. Executives are busy people. They want the answer as quickly as possible. Try to get the best out of the short time you have with your boss.

  2. Most managers and executives are people with big pictures. They don't like details unless they absolutely have to hear them.

  3. You would sound more concise, direct and ultimately more confident.
