Reports to: Michelle Mattar, Founder and Creative Director

Location: Based in Brooklyn (Williamsburg) with flexible office hours (we see our space as a resource, not a requirement) and are open to a remote position.

Job Overview:

As designer, you’ll help bring to life identities for new brands, using design as a storytelling tool. As part of an interdisciplinary design team, you’ll be an integral part to realizing visual identities led by our founder into full-blown businesses. From marketing materials, print and collateral, packaging systems, websites: you'll translate brand vision into compelling narratives across touch points and support our clients across all the phases of building, launching and growing their brands.

You are:

• A visual communicator. You want to explore how brands are built from the ground up and help conceive and develop compelling visual identities that are rooted in strategy and answer our clients' business needs.
• Enjoy working in small teams (4-6)
• An excellent communicator and strong team supporter: you are considerate and enthusiastic in supporting the whole to see everyone thrive
• A creative advocate that strives to maintain high integrity
• Interested in using design as a storytelling tool
• Versatile across digital and final print outputs such as websites, print and packaging
• You're proactive and enjoy creative problem-solving: you can manage your time and meet deadlines, and no design challenge is too big or small
• You have proficient knowledge of type, layouts, and use of color with excellent typography and drawing skills and expertise using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
