We are looking for an inquisitive student who is excited to support the Possible Ventures Operations Team run an efficient venture fund. ⛷️

The Operations Working Student will:

• Work directly with the COO and learn the ins and outs of a venture fund.
• Assist with bookkeeping and fund reporting, including working with external service providers.
• Contribute to investor relations, including investor onboarding, briefing, and reporting.
• Help with portfolio management, including filing and reconciling investment documents, and using data tools to prepare reports.
• Identify opportunities to constantly improve business routines, including process automation and new software tool assessment.

This is a part-time role (10-20 hours per week), joining the Operations Team for a minimum of 6 months, and is based out of Munich. We are flexible on the start time, but the sooner, the better.

Qualified candidates will:

• Be enrolled as a student of finance, accounting, tax, management, economics, law, or equivalent.
• Have prior work experience in a similar position.
• Be passionate and curious about all things venture capital.
• Have experience in an international working environment.
