Introwise is a platform for experts to coach clients online. Introwise can handle scheduling, payments and video calls, set the availability and price of the expert — all in one place.

TASK & ROLE

Introwise had an MVP and wanted to redesign the product to the brand new, add new features and we supported the product until the official launch. Worked closely with team of manager, UX designer, developers and CEOs.

I was in a role as UI/UX designer in the project and responsible for all wireframes, UI specs and pixel-perfect mocks.

PROCESS

• 12 concepts of visual design;
• Created a landing page design and set the design system and UI kit;
• Designed and prototyped: Updated a landing page, Created a new dashboard, Calendar — availability page, Video calls — expert and student view, Expert page, E-mail design, Designed stickers for marketing, Created a visual design for Instagram page, Made the meta-tag images;
• Supported developers with a new design.

DESIGN PROCESS

Problems we found in the old version: old fashioned UI design, used a lot of colours on one platform, not user friendly design, a lot of bugs in the system as appeared errors in the empty fields.
