• This program only applies to fulll-time employee. Part time or intern candidates are not eligible.
• Hired is defined as the candidate signing an offer-letter within 3 months of initial introduction and the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Friend is defined as someone you have a demonstrable personal connection with. If you for instance promote an opportunity via social media and someone reaches out to you that you do not have a demonstrable personal connection with, that person would not qualify for this program.
