For Quick Grant (fka Sockets) recipients, we use Karma GAP to review grants.

<aside> ℹ️ After receiving a grant approval in POKT forum, you’ll create a new grant then completely fill out the grant information & impact evaluation. This is a requirement for eligibility for Governance, retroPGF, and continued Grant support, so please be thorough!

Monthly Impact Updates

If you’re posting your monthly update to your quick grant, please make sure to evaluate against the impact criteria you established at the start of your grant process.

Impact is what you will be graded on, and if your quick grant will remain open or not for the next month.

Written Process

Make sure to log in with your wallet and claim any existing grants: POKT Network Community Grants.

  1. You’ll sign in with the ETH address you’re receiving your payment to in order to claim it.
    1. If you don’t have an ETH address attached to it, I can either transfer the grant to you or you can recreate it yourself and we’ll remove the other one.
  2. You’ll need to edit your grant to update the information, as we only added the basics to seed the Project.

    1. Click My Project in the header, then on your left sidebar you’ll see your Grants. Select the Grant, then Edit Grant next to the Grant name.

      0xThresh has already updated their Grant and did a great job, so if you’re looking for a solid example please refer to theirs.

    2. For your grant description, please include a summary, details of the planned work, and grant objectives. You can copy/paste your quick grant application into the appropriate questions below the description!

  3. Your work for this month is to post an <update> to your grant (not a milestone unless you think it applies).
