  1. Start to boil water and add in apple cider vinegar.
  2. Crack an egg into a strainer & drain the egg and discard of any liquid that comes out.
  3. After water begins to boil, mix the water into a vortex and quickly but gently pour the egg into the center of the vortex.
  4. The egg will fall towards the bottom of the pot, when it becomes white in color and comes to the top, scoop it out and place it onto a paper towel to soak up the excess liquid.
  5. Cook the tomato with olive oil in a separate pan.
  6. Make a mock hollandaise sauce by combining paprika, cayenne, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice.
