PlayDaddy Terms of Service

제1조 (목적)

Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 PlayDaddy 팀(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 PlayDaddy 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리, 의무, 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for using the PlayDaddy service provided by the PlayDaddy team (“Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 AI 코스 추천 및 커뮤니티 서비스를 의미합니다.

   “Service” means the AI-based outing/course recommendation and community services provided by the Company.

2. "회원"이란 앱에 접속하여 이 약관에 동의하고, 아이디(이메일)를 부여받은 자를 말합니다.

   “Member” means a person who accesses the app, agrees to these Terms, and is assigned an account (email).

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. 본 약관은 서비스를 통해 공지하거나 전자우편 등의 방법으로 회원에게 통지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

   These Terms become effective upon being posted through the Service or notified to Members via email or other electronic means.

2. 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.

   The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, provided that such amendments do not violate applicable laws.
