Where: Between our London studio in Hoxton and remote, we have no set days but average around 1/2 days in the studio a week
Interview process: 3 stages with a practical element focussing on process
Salary: £100k - £140k

Planes is a digital product studio based in London. We’re a team of product lovers, designers and engineers who care about creating awesome digital products that are built to last.
Our background is in startups, not agencies. We prefer shipping code, listening to users and iterating quickly rather than long lunches, ‘expert’ reports and death by powerpoint. This approach has lead us to work with all sorts of people, from international fin-tech providers to startups, building products that their users love.

What we're looking for 💫
We are looking for a Growth Director to join our growing team, who will be responsible for driving the new business effort at Planes. Working directly with our Growth Manager, Marketing team and one of our Founders, you will be responsible for delivering on our Growth Strategy helping to retain, develop and win the clients to help us to continue to grow. Our dream candidate would be an ex-practitioner but this is not a must have.
