IPFS

• Kubo release is out that turns on cid.contact as content router https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/releases/tag/v0.18.0
  • Bifrost rollout being tracked here: https://github.com/protocol/bifrost-infra/issues/2221
• Streaming support for delegated routing to the DHT added as well, there will be a spec change required for that(new IPIP)
  • plan for this could be beneficial to cross iterate on with indexer team. @Torfinn Olsen -PL
  • did not adjust the search delay, intend to change with next release based on updated findings from probelab.
• IPIP #337 has some outstanding discussions to resolve but is essentially ready to close out this week.

• Indexer scalability now has freezing logic deployed in production. The indexer should be considered scalable.
