Delivery and pickup options

We already found the best delivery providers and setup everything to help you to deliver the best customer service. All you need is to provide address details where couriers or your customers can collect the orders.

While setting up your shopping page you have to enable at least one option: delivery service or pickup. You can deactivate or enable delivery or pickup any time at your convenience.

Set up option(s) will be available for all your products after the shopping page is launched.

Delivery providers and terms

For each order Picksell will select automatically an option with the best available terms and price offered by our delivery partners. What's required from you is only to pack an order.

A customer is being charged for a delivery, all delivery payments go to your bank account directly. You get weekly delivery billing from Picksell.

Delivery billing cycle and payment methods

After you subscribe to a plan and your account got Live status, every 7 days you will be billed for provided delivery service.

You can pay each bill with two methods: via Picksell Pay in your personal Picksell account or by invoice.

You will receive invoices by mail and also can download it from your Picksell account.

How to prepare an order for delivery or pickup

To process an order go to Orders page in the left menu.
