4.2 Product

The Sychedelic headphones are designed for inter alia music playback, brain activity tracking for wellness and relaxation purposes, and health monitoring. The Product collects biometric data to provide personalized wellness insights.

4.3 Mobile Application

The Sychedelic App allows you to control and personalize your headphones, access your health and wellness data, and receive insights based on your brain activity.

5.1 Ownership of Content

1. All content available on our Services, including but not limited to text, trademarks, copyright, design, patent, logos, sounds, music, artwork, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, computer code, structure, selection, coordination, expression, software, applications ("Content"), and arrangement of such Content, is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Pankhtech, and is protected by intellectual property rights and all applicable laws.
2. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any manner to any other computer, server, website, application or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Pankhtech's prior written consent or if it has specifically expressed it in these Terms.
