What’s changing

• Maya will join as the Product Manager on the Platform Team

The “Why” behind the change

<aside> ℹ️ With Steffan starting parental leave on 15 Dec, 2022 (Congrats, Steffan!! 🎉), we need to onboard a new PM to the Platform Team, so that we don’t put the timing of our back-end migration at risk. After talking with Product Managers and Engineering Leads across our whole org, we’ve created a plan that will allow for a healthy handover experience, while also aiming to limit the ripple effect across as few teams as much as possible 🙏🏽
