#PondsGlowStage NFT Promo Terms and Conditions

The Promo shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.

Eligibility

The Promo is open to legal residents of the Philippines who: (a) are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (b) meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Sponsor, and the officers, directors, employees, freelancers, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and individuals employed by retailers assigned to support the Unilever brand, and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above, are not eligible. All local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promo period for The Philippines starts November 28, 2022 00:00am and ends 11:59 GMT+8 (the “Entry Period’’)

To Enter/ Redeem The NFT license

For The Philippines

First 1000 purchasers of P1499 and above worth of Pond’s products in Shopee U shop who meet the requirements for code redemption on the Our Song platform will be entitled to avail of one complimentary non-tradable, non-transferable NFT license. The Pond’s license to an NFT is a complimentary non-tradable, non-transferable gift-with-purchase digital collectible for the purchase of P1499 and above of Pond’s products in the Unilever Beauty Official Store on Shopee during Entry Period. Qualified participants will receive an NFT redemption code** through Shopee Chat within 14 days after the end of the Entry Period, and will need to proceed to undertake the following requirements:

Step 1: Download and open the OurSong app

Step 2: Register an account

Step 3: Tap your "Collection" tab on the bottom right corner, go to the "Settings" icon on the top right corner

Step 4: Scroll down the "NFTs" section, tap "Redeem Code" and type in your code received through Shopee chat to claim your NFT*

• Please note that once your code is redeemed, the process CANNOT be reversed.
• *Redemption codes are a sequence of 8~12 alphanumeric characters.

OurSong App/Platform

OurSong is a blockchain-based NFT community platform where users can create NFT and build a community to interact with collectors on an ongoing basis. NFTs on OurSong are interactive. For example, creators can use NFTs to provide exclusive audio and video content for collectors or invite collectors into exclusive clubs. Your wallet in OurSong is where your coins and NFTs are stored. You can access your wallet by clicking on the icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

By registering on OurSong the participants shall agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the platform.

OurSong is an independent platform, not in any way controlled or connected to the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall bear no responsibility for any technical or other insufficiencies or breaches caused by the platform. Sponsor has no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions that you engage in via the OurSong platform. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree not to take any action on the OurSong platform that involves or results in the wrongful seizure or receipt of any NFTs or other digital assets, including the purchase or sale of NFTs by illegal means.
