Our interview process is transparent and straightforward. We respect your time: the entire process takes only three hours total and we won't continue the process if at any time it doesn't make sense to.
- Technical Phone Screen
- 60-minute video chat, giving you a chance to find out more about Otis, and for us to find out more about your work experience and technical skills.
- Take Home Project
- A project that should take about 60 minutes to complete. You'll be given specs/mockups and starter code, and you'll be building a couple features.
- Culture interview
- A 45 minute interview, which allows you to meet other people on the team to determine culture fit for both sides.
- References
- Three from current and former managers and co-workers.
- Contract Signing
