iInsight: App Revenue & Downloads ("the Extension", "we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome extension that displays app market data directly on Apple App Store pages.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Extension handles, how that information is used, and whether it is shared.

1. What the Extension Does

The Extension runs on Apple App Store pages and displays app-related market data, including downloads, revenue, launch date, last update date, and top countries.

To provide this functionality, the Extension:

• reads relevant page content and URLs from Apple App Store pages at apps.apple.com, such as app identifiers and storefront information; and
• sends requests to app.sensortower.com to retrieve app metrics for display in the Extension interface.

1. Information the Extension Handles

The Extension may handle the following categories of information:

a. Website content and page context The Extension reads limited content from Apple App Store pages that is necessary to identify the app or page being viewed and to place market data overlays in the correct location.

Examples include:

• the current App Store page URL;
• app IDs contained in App Store links or page structure;
• storefront or country information visible in the page or URL; and
• page structure needed to render the Extension's interface.

b. Remote app metric requests To display market data, the Extension sends app identifiers and related request parameters to app.sensortower.com.

c. Temporary runtime data The Extension may temporarily cache app metric responses in memory during normal operation in order to reduce duplicate requests and improve performance. This temporary cache is not intended to be persistent and is not used to build user profiles.
