🔎 Viewing a Goal

In your profile or a direct report's profile, head into the Goals tab and tap on any Goal to view all associated progress, messages, or Captures related to Goals you've Captured or received.

<aside> 💡 For Goals Captured before 1.6.0: Don't worry! Goals may look different, but we've kept your previous ones safe under "Legacy Goals" in the same Goals tab in any profile

📝 Updating a Goal

Under the Insights tab, you can review your timeline and update your Goal based on its type:

• Target: Capture progress on your target metric. Capture a Celebrate or an Improve toward your Goal.
• Project: Check off a completed milestone, edit an existing one, or add a new one to keep you focused. Capture a Celebrate or an Improve toward your Goal.
• Behavioral skill and Hard skill: Capture a Celebrate or an Improve toward your Goal. Ask your manager to make a Capture toward it, too. Go to the Learn feed to read or listen to an article or podcast related to the skill you're looking to hone. Add an external resource you consumed related to your Goal. For example a book, a course, a video or something else.

Toggle to the Conversation tab to exchange messages with your manager or direct. It's a great place to share insights, ask for advice, or share support in completing the Goal!

✅ Completing a Goal

Once you've hit your target, checked off all Project Goal milestones, or hit your set number of Celebrates for a Skill Goal, you can mark the Goal as complete in the same .
