📥Who can receive a Goal?

For now, Goals can be shared:

• From a manager to any direct report
• From a direct report to their manager

We're working to expand Goal sharing in a future release!

🎯 Why share Goals

We recommend all Goals be shared between managers and directs. This provides visibility and allows both parties to provide feedback through Captures, updates through each Goal's function, and swap messages through the conversation tab through the duration of each Goal. The Goal recipient will have a chance to edit and accept the Goal before saving it to ensure alignment.

▶ How to share a Goal

You can share each Goal at the end of the Capture flow, or share it post-Capture by heading into a profile (your own or a direct's) and hitting the blue "Share" button as you would for any Capture.
