If you're no longer part of a team and wish to leave it, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Team tab
2. Pick the team you want to leave from your Joined Teams
3. Tap on the Settings ⚙️ icon on the top right
4. Select Leave this Team
5. Confirm your selection
