He was the MC and nominee for creator of the year at this year’s Streamy Awards and has been labeled the “Elon Musk of YouTube” by Forbes Magazine!
As Director of Second Channel, you will lead efforts in scaling the Airrack Media Company by owning the development of our second channel. You will do this by building and managing a team of creatives, producers, and editors to create a consistent output of content.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and implement creative direction: You’ll be responsible for implementing the creative direction for the channel, which includes deciding what content to produce, developing the upload calendar, and ensuring the content is consistent with the Airrack brand
- Implement and execute: Bring the creative vision for the channel to life by building operations for this second channel. Work with the main channel team to leverage operational experise and resources
- Manage a team: Build and manage a team of creative professionals including producers, casting producers, and editors. You’ll oversee their work, provide feedback, and ensure they’re meeting deadlines
- Ensuring the quality of the content: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of the content that is being produced by overseeing the entire production process from ideation to production to post production and ensuring the process is streamlined and results in high quality content
- Developing partnerships: Work with our management team to ensure brand requirements and content deadlines are met consistently
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of experience managing a large Youtube channel (1M+ Subs)
- Is passionate about pop culture and aware of current trends across the digital landscape
- Understands what makes a great YouTube video and has the production expertise to implement this knowledge
- Is passionate about finding the intersection between traditional media and the creator economy
- Is excited by the opportunity of building something innovative and on the cutting-edge of media
- Has experience in workign with a team of creatives, producers, and editors
