Who is Raise for?

Raise by Borderless is for early-stage founders who want to raise their first $25K–$100K from friends, family and early believers. It’s ideal if you want to formalize early support and make it compliant and well structured.

How much can I raise using Raise by Borderless?

Most Raises are between $10,000 and $100,000.

This range works best for early runway, validation or preparing for a larger round. If your target is outside this range, we can review it during onboarding.

What kind of support will I get?

We handle the entire backend of the Raise.

This includes:

• Investor onboarding and accreditation
• Compliance and documentation
• Fund collection
• Pooling all investments into the Borderless dashboard
• Marketing and Storytelling support

Must I raise publicly?

No. Raises can be private or public.
