👋🏻 If you're here, someone probably sent you this link, or you were curious enough after reading my bio to want more. Either way, here's what you need to know.

Who this is for

You're building something that matters: a creative business, an event, a platform, a community, a mission-driven organization. You know what you're trying to do. You just don't have the operational capacity to match your ambition.

The vision is clear. The execution is thin. You're wearing too many hats and things are moving slower than they should.

Who I work with

I work with 3 to 4 clients at a time. I'm not a good fit for large corporations or teams that already have strong operational infrastructure but need someone to send their emails for them.

What I can do for you

Strategy & Road Mapping

Before anything else, I figure out where you actually are. I review your documentation, talk to your team, and assess your systems and tools, then work through the direction with you, bringing in vendors or my network where it helps. Once we've landed on a way forward, I stay to see it through.

Good for: new clients, teams at a transition point, knowledge organizations working out what to build next, or any team that needs a partner to think through an unclear problem, not a report to read alone.

Program Direction & Implementation

Full ownership of a program, initiative, or project from start to finish. I embed with your team, build the systems, and manage the moving parts until it's running. Depending on what you need, I either carry it through to completion or train your team to run it and step back once they're confident.

Good for: launches, events, content operations, platform builds, or organizations that need a system stood up and their people equipped to keep it running.

Executive Producing

End-to-end production ownership for live events, experiential projects, and creative productions. I've produced sold-out shows and large-scale conferences. I know how to move fast without things falling apart.

Good for: one-time productions or recurring event programming.

Advisory (Creatives & Entrepreneurs)

For founders and creatives who need a thinking partner on the business side of their practice, positioning, operations, revenue strategy, or just figuring out what to prioritize. This is lighter-touch and works well as a monthly or project-based engagement.

Good for: people who are figuring it out and want a sharp second opinion.
