Stede Bonnet needs a change. That’s why he enrolls in veterinary school at 41 and finds himself relocating to the remote town of Moon Lake, Idaho at 45. Moon Lake couldn’t be more different than Los Angeles and he’s not sure if he’s cut out for being a veterinarian in a tiny farming community. But then there’s Edward Teach.
Ed loves his life. He’s been with his boyfriend Will for five years and sure, it’s not perfect, but they’re happy. So when his veterinary assistant leaves and an application arrives on his desk for one Stede Bonnet looking to start his second career as a veterinarian, he’s intrigued and excited to bring on the new resident.
