The Chief of Staff's responsibilities will shift based on the changing needs of the company. You'll have the opportunity to touch almost every part of the business at some point, but most importantly, this role will be heavily focused on helping to build out a stellar GTM strategy to meet demand generation goals, as well as supporting revenue and sales operations processes, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

About OfficeTogether

OfficeTogether is building critical scheduling and org infrastructure for the next generation of companies, those on the hybrid remote spectrum. We are an office reservation and scheduling software that helps teams coordinate time in the office together while also enabling execs to more effectively manage real estate needs against historical + predicted capacity. We currently service multiple paying customers in Europe and the US.

About You

Highly organized: You will be responsible for growing our top of the funnel, juggling multiple balls across growth, marketing, and sales.

Sense of urgency/hustle: High energy and a bias towards action are a must. You don't wait to be told what to do - by then you've already done it.

Detail-oriented: OfficeTogether is a fast-paced environment, so paying close attention to the specifics of a task or project is paramount. You produce near-flawless work and have an eye for catching things that may have been overlooked in communications, presentations, and contracts.

Excellent writing and verbal skills: You must be a strong writer. Projects might include: communicating our brand, maintaining a newsletter for customers, creating sales and marketing collateral, keeping our contract writers organized... You also have an excellent command of social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

Strategic + Creative G2M Thinker: You're helping to write the playbook for OfficeTogether to fill and convert its top of the funnel. No one has done this before! This means you'll be supporting revenue and sales operations processes and bringing in your network to make it happen.
