For unplanned stops and planned stops that are included in OEE calculation, it is possible to see the percentage of this stop reason compared to the planned production time for the concerned time period by hovering on the stop reason in the widget.

In case you are viewing stops by groups, only the unplanned reasons and planned reasons that are included in OEE calculation within that group are taken into account when calculating the percentage.

This is because planned and excluded from OEE calculation stop reasons reduce planned production time and thus are not taken into account here.
