On Deck Angels (ODA) is a community of the world’s most helpful angel investors. ODA provides a platform for angels looking to accelerate their pace of investing via co-investment, deal flow, education, and lasting friendships.
ODA is a continuous program and community starting with an eight-week onboarding. Onboarding is run three times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall) with angels joining as a cohort, i.e., a group of angels all joining at the same time. During the first eight weeks we offer cohort-specific programming to help acclimate you to the community and to provide a more intimate initial experience.

Following the initial five-weeks, angels officially transition into full fledged community members and partake in ODA’s regularly scheduled, monthly programming. We typically offer 1-3 events per month (with a short summer and winter break).

ODA attracts a wide range of high-caliber angel investors, ranging from current and former founders, to execs and operators at high-growth startups. Around 30-35% of our community are either full-time angels, emerging managers or otherwise pursuing careers in venture.
Cohorts are made up of diverse backgrounds and represent numerous geographies, backgrounds and areas of investment focus. All ODA members are expected to actively contribute to the community and work to support the founders they invest in.
