Chris and Team,

I have thoroughly enjoyed our introductory conversations and very much look forward to a mutually rewarding partnership.

This proposal details that partnership. Initially, we'll lay the foundation for a robust Notion workspace that's tailored for your unique needs and highest priorities. Over time, we'll build on that foundation to serve other needs and make your workspace even more empowering for Bittermilk.

I deeply appreciate the opportunity.

Workspace Makeup

The new Bittermilk workspace will implement my foremost recommendation for architecting Notion workspaces:

Centralize information in master databases, then create gateways for accessing that information.

A Data page will serve as a behind-the-scenes repository for your master databases, which will be interconnected to form useful relationships. You'll rarely visit that page; instead, you'll access the data from a Home Base that presents your information through relevant perspectives.

The table below contains the various components of your new workspace. For this initial phase, the features form a universal foundation and address your highest priorities:

  1. Client Projects
  2. Sales Pipeline
  3. Facilities Management

Each item contains some contextual information, along with an estimated number of development hours.

——— You need not fully comprehend the contextual information; this is a helpful exercise as I consider the composition of your workspace.

Reference Guide & Training

Along with the workspace, I'll provide a recorded walkthrough with timestamped notes for easy reference. Among other instructions, it will demonstrate how to add contacts, companies and resources, and how to use the various database templates, such as the Custom Cocktail.

Additionally, we'll hold a 45-minute training session upon delivery of the workspace.
