As the youngest child of a big family, I found myself in the kitchen helping my parents cook from a young age and have loved cooking for people and sharing my love of food ever since.
After finishing school, I went on a two-week course at the Orchard School of Cookery and refined my skills to get a job as a chalet host on a ski season in Meribel, which I loved.
I continued my cooking career by working as a private chef in the Algarve for Quinta Chef. Further training on an Advanced Skills course at Leith's Cooking School has developed my technical abilities further.
