About Me

My absolute greatest passion in life (apart from Stan my dog) is cooking. I'm just in love with the feeling of bringing joy through food, that tastes and looks delicious.

After graduating from university, this love only carried on growing. So, I went on to pursue a dream of mine (instead of using all that economics rubbish I learn't). I have since been trained at The Orchards School of Cookery and completed two ski seasons, catering for guests in luxury 'Signature' chalets. Further, I spent this summer as a Chef de Partie in the French 5* hotel restaurant Le Manoir des Impressionnistes, working their lunch service of 15+ guests solo, the menu designed by myself.

Over the last 4 years, I have also thoroughly enjoyed cooking for people in the comfort of their own homes. It combines the 'chef' and 'host' aspects of ski seasons, allowing the client to relax and be taken care of, so they can focus on hosting their guests. I hope to cater for you at your next dinner party, and provide a dinner and service you will all remember.
