The goal for the Monday newsletter tentatively titled ”Mindful Monday” will be to provide inspiration and guidance for the upcoming week.

IDEAS: It can include a minute-long meditation session or a snippet from your podcast for inspiration.

For Friday's newsletter, tentatively titled ”Friday Refresh” we will send out some inspirational content with a call to action as a reminder to help the reader connect with themselves and their families over the weekend.

IDEAS: it can include a link to a body movement video of yours or just a motivational Instagram video (multipurpose).

The content will be a mix of personal anecdotes, tips, and resources to help moms find more balance and joy in their lives. Here’s what the newsletter structure would look like side by side.
