💌 why join command tech as a newsletter lead?

• we are a small team of students so you would directly join a core team and have a say in everything we do
• we’re a growing nonprofit and with you, we can grow together! as the link to most of our community, you’d be in charge of keeping us connected :))

💌 responsibilities ( ~4 hours/month )

• Write one newsletter issue each month
  • research 3-5 opportunities for high school students
  • talk to the rest of the team to figure out if there are any programs that need to be featured
  • research on any other topic that you’d like to include (up to you)
    • interviews with engineers, designers, etc. or
    • open source projects led by female and non-binary individuals
    • and anything else!

💌 this role suits you if you:

• enjoy writing and scouring the web for awesome opportunities
• are a high school or college student yourself and would understand what type of opportunities interest our target audience
• are passionate about empowering female and non-binary students

💌 how to apply:
