• Connect with other parents at your workforce
• If you’re breastfeeding:
  • Get Baby used to feeding on a bottle (usually ideal time for this is about 4-6 weeks old)
  • Know your rights for pumping breaks
  • See the pumping area before your first day back
  • Block off your calendar to pump at feed times
  • Use your pump a few times before resuming work
  • Get comfortable using a double-pump
  • Bring a photo of Baby to look at while pumping
