The litCROSS smart pendant connects to the litPRAY App via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) with secure pairing protocols. All data transmitted between the litPRAY App and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Our cloud services are hosted on industry-leading providers (e.g., AWS), employing AES-256 encryption for data at rest by default. Users can securely access their prayer logs, community interactions, and device settings through authenticated web dashboards, with all communications encrypted via TLS.
We provide comprehensive security awareness training to our team, including cyber hygiene, phishing simulations, privacy best practices, and role-based security training for employees with access to sensitive data.
Strict policies govern the management of all company workstations and mobile devices, including mandatory encryption, automatic screen locking, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint security software.
In addition to leveraging our cloud provider’s robust security features, we implement continuous threat detection and response, strict access controls, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and change management protocols.
We maintain an ongoing vulnerability and patch management program, including regular security assessments and automated scanning to proactively identify and remediate risks.
We value the contributions of security researchers who help us maintain a safe environment. While we do not currently operate a formal bug bounty program, we encourage the responsible disclosure of potential security issues. Please report any findings directly to legal@avaduo.com.
