The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team combines software and systems engineering to build and run distributed, fault-tolerant systems at scale. SRE’s ensure that Fetch’s services - both our externally visible and internally critical systems - have reliability and uptime appropriate to our users’ needs. In addition, we keep an ever watchful eye on system capacity and performance. We’re proud to be our engineers’ engineers, and much of our software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation.
Support Engineer HashiCorp, Remote Mar 2020 - Jan 2021
The Support engineer troubleshoots complex issues related to Terraform Enterprise and independently work to find viable solutions. They contribute to product growth and development via weekly product and marketing meetings. The Support Engineer attends customer meetings as needed to help identify, debug, and resolve the customer issue and is expected to be a liaison between the customer and HashiCorp engineering. When possible the Support Engineer updates and improves product documentation, guide feature development, and implement bug fixes based on customer feedback.
