We are happy to find you here - and to know you’re interested in getting more involved & contributing to the AIxDESIGN community!

The work we do is with, for, and by the community as we’re supported by people like you carving out ways to learn, create, exchange, and connect together.

We think of contributors as community stewards and like an expanded team making the magic happen and supporting our core organizing team of 4 part-timers.

This page should be a kickstart on how and where to get the ball rolling but if you’re left with any questions by the end of it, simply find us in the #-contributors channel on Slack and ask!

How to get on board as a contributor

In the meantime:

  1. Feel free to join the #-contributors channel on Slack where we chat about things and occassionally share ad-hoc requests (for bonus points: send a little intro message with a helloooo and how you’d like to get involved!)
  2. You’re welcome to join an upcoming Community Call (hosted 1x month and announced in the Contributors channel) to meet the AIxD team, community, and other contributors face-to-face and explore collaborations from there </aside>

Ways of contributing to AIxD

There’s various routes to get involved, the best fit depending on your own motivations & capacity. Adopting a choose your own adventure style, here’s a few suggestions.

We keep a running list for any available openings, open calls, and outstanding briefs of what we’re working on atm and can use some extra brains, hearts & hands on.
