The workshop is based on 3 key disciplines: somatic psychology + sociology + creative arts therapy (dance-movement therapy and music therapy).

In Part 1, we explore the concepts of interoception and practice mind-body connection from the field of somatic psychology.

In Part 2, we practice "social sharing of emotions" to address collective trauma, from the field of sociology.

In Part 3, we explore proprioception and relational empathy, from the field of dance movement therapy.

Part 1 and 3 are also enhanced by original and live soundscapes, based on concepts from the field of music/sound therapy.
