Icing ingredients

2.5 oz Stork margarine (not Flora)

10 tablespoons Dark cocoa powder

8 oz  Icing sugar (sieved)

3.5 tablespoons Evaporated milk (hot)

1 teaspoon Vanilla essence/extract
