Communications

• All communication is asynchronous by default
• Encourage non-work related communication (talking about private life on a team call)
• Encourage video calls for bonding, blockers, and the future, instead of simply reporting
• Prefer video calls and screen sharing over plain voice calls
• People don't have to say when they are working
• Periodic summits with the whole team in an informal setting

Knowledge

• All knowledge and processes should be written down or recorded (README Driven) in Notion
• Public and editable for team members whenever possible
• Every document is always in draft, don't wait with sharing it until it is done.
