You've received this character cut out that represents a similar character esthetic to brawl stars and some references that the project manager believes would best work with the character.

The project manager has also made it easier by picking a section of a street in Sri Lanka for you to model out in the style he/she wants.
Since you're not working with a concept artist. Create some solid references for your work and try your best to understand the vision the project manager is sharing with you.
Please keep in mind the best way of delivering the project is by seperating out the assets into a grid like format similar to this
